The logical mind of fallen man is corrupted, sinful, limited and imperfect.
Man can both produce the idea of doing good and evil.
You got to come back to God to fix your sinful nature.
And God had prepared the remedy---Jesus!
Why always blame God, look at yourself, remove the speck from your eyes first!

oh no...and they're from NZ too.... from 'MY' part of the world.... Up until now, it was just so much easier to Blame America.Prove me wrong, I might learn something

Our minds got to be purified (not brainwashed) by the Truth of Bible and guided by the Holy Spirit.I know you can't understand this, because you're not a believer.
Whoever seeks God with sincerity, will be found and touched by the Holy Spirit to acknowledge Jesus is LORD.

It was ancient people who did not know who makes thunder or eartquakes or who pushes Sun across the sky, so they put Zeuses, Ras, Neptunes, etc behind unknown phenomena. As we learned how Nature works, we found no Neptunes or Ras - motion of Sun was explained without Apollo pushing it across sky.Do you still believe in Apollo or other God driving events and modifying matter?

You cannot show me one piece of evidence outside the bible that agrees with any claims it makes. You have no more evidence that your god exists then you have that Zeus exists. quote:

In your case, yes there is. In reality, in which most of us like to live, it works a little differently. using "gods" the way alex did, is merely a way of clumping all the silly religous beliefs into one nice word. I mean, a mythology is a mythology. He is absolutly right about education. The more time that has gone by, the greater our knowledge of the physical world increases, the less power your's, or anyone's god has. FYI, don't preach to us. A majority of us were at one time christian, and in a sense, seen the light, of how much bs is actually in the bible. You come here, tell us to read the bible, it is the path to heaven, blah blah blah. Have you ever actually read it? Do you support the atrocitys that have been committed in the name of the bible? Do you even know about them? Preachers are real good about skipping the parts of the bible that contradict and make god not look like such the all loving being you think you worship. You should read through some of these topics on the last couple of pages, saves us all some typing.

Hell, you probably make it to heaven and get to chill with the likes of Hitler, Stalin, bin laden (if we ever get ahold of him) etc? Jack2000 claimed that man can produce the idea of doing good and evil. If that is true then there is no need to "...come back to God to fix your sinful nature". The reason being that man already would have the ability to 'do good', it is just a question of whether man wishes to exercise it or not.Conservative, n.
